Steering Committee is chaired by the Project Coordinator and co-chaired by the Project Lead. The Committee also consists of the Project Manager, the Work Packages (Project Sections) co-leads, and the Coordination Leads.

The Steering Committee has a major impact on the overall outcomes and success of the project and is responsible for the overall operation and execution of the project, ensuring the establishment of appropriate communication and quality frameworks for the project, alignment across sections of the project (WPs) and making decisions on key issues, such as re-allocation of work and budgets; deciding upon proposals made by the Project Coordination Team; resolving issues raised by the project partners; agreeing on the final selection of testing scenarios for prototyping and piloting at scale in the project; all other day-to-day executive decisions.
