UCD will be active in disseminating KPIs developed in Task 1.4, and will be active in WP4, and WP6 as the lead for the work in one of the testing scenarios on young people with complex needs.
Our contribution to the project
Prof Maria Brenner, Professor of Children’s Nursing is experienced in leading large multidisciplinary teams. This includes a current 5-year project funded by the European Research Council to explore the initiation of technology dependence in children with complex care needs (TechChild). She previously led the development of the first standards of care for children with complex care needs in Europe as part of the Models of Child Health Appraised (MOCHA) project, funded by the EU Commission Horizon 2020.

We are working in WP4 (T4.4) and WP5 (T5.1, T5.5). The main task is to prepare and deliver a repository of electronic package information leaflets as FHIR ePI together with FASS, Felleskatalogen, Medicin.dk and Datapharm. The delivery contains also the methodology for the conversion of product information to FHIR ePI and maintenance procedures (implementation guide). The repository will be used in pilots in different countries.

Know-how and experience: We are the HUB for the pharmaceutical information in Finland. We have experience of delivering user centric digital pharmaceutical information services for decades.
For almost 50 years, Pharmaca has developed and enhanced data to catalyze intelligence for health.
Pharmaca produces the national ePrescription Master Data database for Kela (The Social Insurance Institution of Finland) and manages the identification of medicines in the Nordic countries.
